It's going to be a very, very tough situation and there just aren't going to be the resources there to devote to yet another disaster.

Please do not try to balance the budget on the backs of our teachers. We need them. They're good, that's why they're here.

If in fact today in Washington, D.C., someone hopped on the radio and said there's been a chemical release, someone will tell you to stay, others will tell you to leave. Who are you going to believe?

We have said since before the case was filed that we're willing to listen to the government but there are some very important principles at stake in the case that have not been negotiable.
